Parish Bereavement Group

Our parishes’ bereavement ministry group, Bereavement: A Spiritual Journey, will be holding its monthly meeting on Sunday, March 15 at 4:00 PM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish Center.  All are welcome to attend.  Grief support groups help individuals develop healthier coping strategies, provide a safe place to explore emotions, learn mindfulness techniques, and practice self-compassion.
